Thank you for choosing Mind's Eye Day Spa Inc., where we offer a range of services including yoga, massage therapy, and hair care. To ensure a serene and comfortable environment for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Spa Etiquette:
- No Shoes: For hygiene and relaxation purposes, we do not allow shoes inside the spa. You are welcome to wear socks, and if needed, socks are available for purchase.
- No Food and Drinks: To maintain a clean and peaceful environment, no food or drinks are allowed within the spa premises.
- Right to Decline Services: We reserve the right to decline any service if we deem it necessary for any reason.
Booking and Appointments:
- Online Booking: All appointments must be booked online through our website at mindseyedayspa.com.
- Consultations for Color Treatments: A consultation is required for all color treatments to ensure the best results for your hair.
Deposits and Cancellations:
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.
- Transferable Deposits: If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Service Policies:
- New Client Consultation: We recommend a consultation for every new client, which is free for the first 15 minutes.
- Hair Styling Methods: Please understand that every hair stylist has different ways of doing hair. For re-twisting locs, we prefer a looser method of palm rolling to preserve the thickness and evenness of the loc. However, upon request, we also offer the crochet method or the interlock method.
- Crochet Method: This method begins at $20 per loc (applies to starter/repair locs). Multiple sessions may be required if there is more than 5 hours of work to be done.
